The new Rogue is quite simply a normal Salix bat which has been filtered out of production and graded for sale only from the workshop. We are incredibly strict with our grading and frequently have almost perfect bats which are set aside right at the final finishing stages, generally as part of orders due to go out to shops, or sometimes marks or flaws manifest themselves in the cleft so these are reserved for workshop sales only... crucially the Rogue is still a thoroughbred Salix manufactured in the same way as all the rest of the range and beautifully finished with new, exclusive ink blue/silver labels.
At any given time we have a selection of Rogues which range from almost perfect bats with tiny or cosmetic blemishes, to bats which have more serious flaws but which are ideal as backups, for infrequent players or for netting. The bats are priced individually based upon their performance, durability and the look of the timber. They range across the sizes so we also have junior Rogues.
Rogues offer real value for money and a very desirable alternative to cheaper mass produced or imported bats.
